Emerson 8th Grader Inaya Smith wins the Detroit Lions ROAR Coloring Book Contest

Congratulations to 8th grader Inaya Smith for her outstanding artistic interpretation of the Detroit Lion's David Montgomery. She is the 2025 winner of the DPSCD & Detroit Lions ROAR Coloring Book Contest.

Ms. Nicols and Ms. Zeigler's MOCI Classrooms Visit the Plymouth Apple Orchards

Recently, Ms. Nicols’ and Ms. Zeigler’s classes visited the Plymouth Apple Orchard. Students got the chance to explore the orchard, ride on a hay wagon, and get apples.. Teachers and helpers guided everyone through the activities, making sure each student had a safe, exciting, and memorable day!

Emerson Does Halloween

The Emerson October PBIS Initiative had select students participate in "The Spooky Hallway" where they received a treat and experienced a spooky trick. Students has a blast.!
