CMA Students Make History Hosting Detroit’s First Student-Led Mayoral Debate

On Thursday, June 5, 2025, CMA students in partnership with HSPN made civic history by hosting and moderating Detroit’s first-ever student-led mayoral debate. With seven candidates participating, students raised urgent youth-focused questions about school funding, public safety, gang violence, and more.
