Mrs. Holly Moreland

Ms. Moreland grew up in Mt. Morris, MI and attended Beecher Community Schools. She graduated from Beecher High School. She received her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Ferris State University and her Masters degree from Central Michigan University in Public Administration.

She states, "I love life and people!" She's been married for 23yrs and they are the proud parents of 5 children (3 adult boys and 2 girls). Both daughters will be attending college in the Fall. She is a very active alumna of Ferris State University. She is a dog lover and she has an English bulldog named, Luda, who is the love of the family.

Ms. Moreland was a Wayne County Juvenile Probation Officer from 1994-2016. Prior to coming to Holmes, she was Dean of Culture at Ronald Brown Academy and an Academic Interventionist at Catherine C. Blackwell.

She is a proud member of Triumph Church and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Detroit Alumnae Chapter.

She loves being Dean and is looking forward to working with the students and families of A. L. Holmes and becoming a member of the Holmes family!
