1st Parent Meeting for the 2025-2026 School Year

On September 26, 2025, Barton was thrilled to welcome nearly 40 families to their Annual Title I Meeting! Principal Adams shared important updates on school operations, Barton’s Tactical Plan, upcoming events, and, most importantly, Beginning of Year (BOY) student data. Families had the opportunity to review their child’s i-Ready BOY data, discuss strategies for daily and yearly improvement, and learn what types of assignments their child will complete to show growth and extend knowledge. Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on October 15, 2025, and we encourage families to schedule a meeting time with their child’s teacher. For added flexibility, teachers are also available during their planning periods by appointment. The meeting highlighted the strong partnership between families and teachers in supporting student achievement. Together, Barton staff, students, and families will continue to ELEVATE the minds of their Barton Bear scholars!
