For the 5th year, Randolph has partnered with the Wayne Regional Educational Service Agency (WRESA) to implement the Ready to Launch Initiative on campus. Through this initiative, Wayne Resa Career Counselors work in collaboration with high school counseling staff. They work together to support students as they explore career options after high school.
Our career counselor, Danielle Bean Jackson, mostly supports those upperclassmen who may be undecided or career confused. For students with an unidentified career pathway, she will help students explore their values and interests, the world of work, career trends, high-demand fields, professional trades, and local training opportunities.
She also shares the Ready to Launch quarterly newsletter, Career Counselor Corner, and other resources. It’s attached here. Inside, you’ll find a number of resources including virtual events on professional trades and health care careers. All are welcome to attend. For more information, Mrs. Bean Jackson can be reached via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (734-431-0860).
