A day in the life of our principal, Laura Jawor, may seem overwhelming—and truthfully, it often is. From the moment she walks through the doors of Charles Wright, she’s navigating a whirlwind of responsibilities: communicating with parents, connecting with students, collaborating with district administrators, supporting staff, managing financial resources, overseeing professional development—and so much more.

But if you ask Mrs. Jawor, she’d be the first to shift the spotlight to the fantastic teachers and staff at Charles Wright. That humility is just one of the many reasons we admire her.

As the leader of our school, Principal Jawor is visionary and innovative, always striving to create a positive, supportive environment where every student can succeed. Her days are filled with complex decisions, big and small, yet she leads with grace, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to our school community.

Not every day is easy. Not every moment is fun. But through it all, she shows up with heart, purpose, and a focus on what matters most—our students.
