Students from Davis participated in an enriching field trip alongside Principal Davis to explore the stunning art found throughout the City of Detroit. This Mural Tour took the students to various locations, allowing them to engage with and appreciate the diverse artistic expressions present in the urban environment. The excursion provided an excellent opportunity for students to gain insight into the city’s cultural offerings while fostering a sense of community and appreciation for local art. Under the guidance of Ms. Davis, this experience was both enjoyable and educational, enriching the students’ understanding of the importance of public art in urban spaces.
