In honor of the Literacy Month Celebration, Tuesday, March 18, 2025, Mrs. Britt facilitated Detroit Lions Academy 2nd Annual Author's Day. She brought in a young female author, Lydia Nickleberry to speak to the students about how she became a published author and gave them encouragement and tips about what they can do to pursue their passions about becoming a published author.
