Detroit's Pipeline of Culinary Talent

Our Culinary Arts program was visited by Bridge Detroit and Outlier Media. Seasoned Instructor and avid hunter, Chef Alphonso Turner was highlighted for his dedication to our students and the Culinary craft. The media toured our kitchens spoke with students and immersed themselves in a classroom session.
