As the full-time School Counselor, Mrs. Rance is excited to put her education and experience into action to best serve the children. She holds a master’s degree in Counseling and has over 10 years of experience working with children. She enjoys interacting with students and building healthy relationships. Her role focuses on supporting personal and social skills, academic development, and college and career awareness. She will be working with students one-on-one, in small groups, in large groups, and within the classroom setting. Her goal is to help students be as successful as possible, not only in school but in life. Mrs. Rance is thrilled to be a part of such a dynamic team and looks forward to an exciting and engaging school year.
