i-Ready Reading Assessment
This week, scholars will begin the i-Ready Reading assessment. It is important that your child comes to school on time, prepared, and ready to focus in order to do their very best. Please support your child by encouraging a good night’s rest and a positive mindset.

Responsibility Focus
This month, we are practicing responsibility. We show responsibility when we take care of ourselves, commit acts of kindness, follow safety protocols, and demonstrate self-control. Please take time to discuss and practice responsibility with your scholar at home. By working together, we can ensure a safe and orderly school community.

BMEA Boys Mentoring Program
Boldly Moving Education Ahead (BMEA) is returning to host our Boys After School Mentoring Program. We are seeking 30 boys in grades 1–5 to join this valuable program. On Thursday, September 11th, BMEA will be in our building to host an informational session for parents and sign-ups.

Attendance Matters
Daily and timely attendance is essential for your scholar’s personal and academic growth. It is our expectation that every scholar attends school each day. When you miss school, you miss out! We will begin our attendance competition and recognition soon—let’s work together to make every day count.
