Hello SWA Families,
As the weather gets colder during the fall and winter months, we want to remind you that students will continue to have outdoor recess whenever conditions allow. Fresh air and physical activity are essential for learning, focus, and overall well-being.
Please make sure your child comes to school dressed appropriately for the weather—including a warm coat, hat, gloves, and boots when needed. Thank you for helping us keep our students healthy, safe, and ready to learn!
i-Ready Assessments
Our middle-of-the-year i-Ready testing will begin soon, and we’re excited to see how much our students have grown since the start of the year!
These assessments help teachers understand each child’s progress toward academic goals and identify areas where they may need extra support or challenge.Daily attendance is especially important during this time so every student has the opportunity to do their best and show what they’ve learned. Thank you for ensuring your child arrives on time, well-rested, and ready to shine!
